Right from the outset, Marina was outstanding; friendly, helpful, professional, reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable. Together with producer Joe and narrator Richard, they created an audiobook that was genuinely beyond my wildest expectations. I even clapped at one point, while I was listening to it! And just as a measure of what a lovely person she is, Marina actually went through the process of uploading the audiobook with me, to three different platforms (several hours of work!). There is no question that I will use Bengo for the other books in my series and that I now consider them an integral part of my team. I'd give them six stars out of five, if I could.
